الطَيَبُ كلُ ما تستلذه الحواس أو النفس، الحسنُ، الطاهرُ..

اتصفت به كلمةٌ، وشجرةٌ، وبلدٌ، وذريَةٌ ورزقٌ وحياة..

طيّبات هي فكرةٌ لبذورِ طيبةٍ في منتج مادي أو معنوي بنيةِ العافية..

المنتج الأول لطيبات هو (هرمُ طيّبات)..

هرم الطعام الصحي التفاعلي.. 

ينقسم الهرم لمجموعات الطعام الأساسية التي يحتاجها الجسم ليتكامل غذاؤه: الخضروات، الفاكهة، البروتين، النشويات، الألبان والزيوت.

كل مجموعة تحتوي على أطعمة متنوعة في صورِ منفصل. (التنوع مهم ;)

(هرم طيّبات) 

- عبارة عن مغناطيس يسهل وضعه على الثلاجة في المطبخ! (فهذا أنسب وأمثل مكان له ;)

- لعبةٌ هدفها الوعي بإحتياج جسمنا لكل أنواع الطعام الصحي والكميات والنِسَب التي يحتاجها الجسم يوميًا من كل نوع في شكل بسيط وسهل يعتمد فقط على الصور والألوان.

- أُحجِيَة ( بازل puzzle) تنمى مهارة التصنيف للأطعمة المختلفة حسب كل مجموعة.

- تقدّم خيارات كثيرة للطعام الصحي داخل كل مجموعة. (هذه الميزة تساعد أيضًا في تذكر أنواع أطعمة ننساها، بل ونستطيع منها تجميع قائمة التسوق في بضع ثوانٍ ;)

The Pyramid consists of the main food groups, any body's nutrition needs to integrate: Vegetables, Fruits, Protein, Carbohydrates, Dairy and Oils.

Each group contains variant items of food that are separately pictured. (Variety is the key ;)

لا تُحصُوها..

عجيبٌ أمرنا، عايشين نايمين قايمين "متغرّقين" في نِعَم لا حَصْر لها، أَلِفنَاها..قليلٌ منّا من يستشعر وجودها وفي بعض الأحيان يكون فقدانها أو غيابها هو سبب إحساسنا إنها كانت موجودة "في الأصل" ، فيُدرك إنّه لو قضّى عُمره وحياته كلها في هذه الدُنيا يشكُر المُنعم -وهوّ الغنيّ عنا وعن شُكرنا- على نِعَمِه مش هيوَفِّي حق شُكر نعمة واحدة فقط!.. سُبحان الله.

وبالرغم من دة يسعنا غفران الله لتقصيرنا ورحمته بنا ودوام منّه وكَرَمِه وعطائه غير المحدود..

ممكن نفكّر بعُمق أكتر في أية 18 في سورة النحل:

"وَإِن تَعُدُّواْ نِعْمَةَ اللَّهِ لاَ تُحْصُوهَا إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَغَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ"

يعني لو قعدنا بس نعدّها مش هنحصيها.. فَضْلًا عن شُكرها.. :)

والجميل هو جعل الحمد وتذكّر أن الله يسمع ذلك الحمد بل ويسمع من يحمدُه يتكرر في نطاق يومنا الواحد على الأقل 17 مرة.. في "الحمدُ لله ربِّ العَالمين" في فاتحة كل ركعة في الصلاة ويتبعها قَول "سَمِعَ اللهُ لمن حَمِدَه"..

فاللهم ربنا لك الحمد حمدًا كثيرًا طيبًا مباركًا فيه ملء السماوات وملء الأرضوملء ما بينهما وملء ما شئت من شيء بعد.. :)

المُسلّمات..

لا ندرك قيمة كثير من "المُسلّمات" في حياتنا.

فغيابها المؤقت أحيانًا يجعلنا نُفكّر فيها بشكل أكثر عُمقًا من قبل ويولّد شعورًا ملئ بالتحدّي لإدراكها بشكل أقوي فيما بعد.

ولكن، أحيانًا أخرى لا نجد الفرصة لإستعادة ذلك الإدراك الأقوى لغياب تلك المُسلّمة" إلى أجل غير مسمّى.

((إعادة تفكير وتقييم لل"مُسلّمات"))

"والشَّمْسُ تَجْرِي.."

"وَالشَّمْسُ تَجْرِي لِمُسْتَقَرٍّ لَّهَا ذَلِكَ تَقْدِيرُ الْعَزِيزِ الْعَلِيمِ" (سورة يس 38)

فالفعل "تجري" فيه إعجاز عظيم، لأنه لا يدل على حركة الشمس الظاهرية التي يبصرها الناس عندما تشرق، بل هو يدل على حركة واقعية أثبتتها الأرصاد، حيث تقول الموسوعة الفلكية: "إن الشمس تدور حول محورها مرة كل خمسة وعشرين يومًا" (1) 

كما قُدّرت سرعة مجرّتنا الأرضية وضمنها الشمس وهي تبتعد عن غيرها من المجرات في الكون بمقدار 980 كيلو متر في الثانية. (2)

Taste of Life

Desperate?!!! 

Sometimes, we face what makes us feel down, frustrated and spiritless. Actually, this is what our life is made of; Experiences vs. Challenges. And it seems it's telling us "Enjoy!".
I feel it does mean that word..yes, you can't feel the prosperity of life and the euphoria of victory in your experiences unless u taste along its hardness.

Tasting means u know that it's normal to face hardships and obstacles on your way "Goal" because u know that this is your track to be stronger and persistent.

Shifting paradigms while dealing with such life challenges makes it different, draws the smile on your face in the most difficult moments, highlights the purpose and the real cause for our survival, moreover, it motivates us for not just keeping surviving, but also, Reviving, making a Difference to leave a legacy in this World's history.

Since it's not that easy, so its award is Big.

"And those who strive for Us - We will surely guide them to Our ways. And indeed, Allah is with the doers of good." (Qur'an 29:69)

"وَالَّذِينَ جَاهَدُوا فِينَا لَنَهْدِيَنَّهُمْ سُبُلَنَا وَإِنَّ اللَّهَ لَمَعَ الْمُحْسِنِينَ"

(سورة العنكبوت -آية 69)

So, "Enjoy the Taste of your Life" :)

صوتي الأول

في صباح أول يوم للانتخابات الرئاسية المصرية 2012

ونظرًا لكونها أول إنتخابات -في حياتي- أشعر فيها بأن حركة قلم ستحدد مصير شعب..

يملئني شعور يتلخص مُكونه في ثلاثة نقاط: دُعاء، وقفة وشُكر :)

1) الدُعاء لكل من قدم كل نفيس في سبيل وصولنا لهذا اليوم..وضحّى من أجلي وأجلك لرسم مُستقبل قد غادر هو عنه قبل شهوده.

2) وقفة لعدم السماح لأحد بالمساس لتفتيت وحدتنا بتصنيف المُرشحين ومنتخبيهم (أنا بتكلم عن مُرشحي الثورة أكيد :).. فهدفنا واحد وغايتنا واحدة وكُلٌ مُكلف باجتهاده -والنوايا لله :)..

 3) الحمدُ لله الذي منّ عليّ بهذه النعمة لأن يُصبح لي رأي و"صوت" فيمن أريده رئيس بلدي الذي أرى به الخطوة الأولى لمُستقبلي وأولادي وأحفادي :)

وتبعًا لذلك، الإحساس بمسئولية هذا الصوت وأمانته لكونه جزء من مصير بلد بأكمله!

ختامًا، أدعو الله أن يوفقنا لما فيه الخير وأن يولّ الأصلح..

مُقتطفة (15): نظرة 1

تأتي اللحظة التي قرر أن يضغط فيها زر التوقف المؤقت "PAUSE" لينظُر نظرة عن قرب وعن بُعد للأشياء، للأحداث، للأشخاص من حوله.. يُدقق النظر ليَرصُد ويُحلل ليُقَــيّــم..

فيأتي للأمور بمنظور مُختلف..إما منظور مُشابه أو مختلف، مُؤيد أو مُعارِض لمنظوره السابق -إن كان هناك منظور في الأصل.

يتأنَى في التفكير لرغبته في الوصول للاستنباط الصحيح والتقييم الهادف الذي من شأنه سوف يُقرّ الكثير من الحقائق وينفي الكثير والكثير من المُسلّمَات الخاطئة التي لا طالما شاركته الطريق.

فيشعر بقدر من الشجاعة تجعله لا يخشى الصدام بالواقع حينًا أو بالمُستقبل حينًا أخر.. بقدر من الأمل يُنير له سبيل أفكاره وطموحاته وأمانيه.. بقدر من الاطمئنان لما اتخذه عقله أوقلبه أو عقله وقلبه معًا من قرارات مصيرية في حياته..بقدر من القوة لفعل المُستحيل للوصول لما يريد وتحقيق ما يتمنى.. مع العلم أن هذا كله مقترنًا بالثقة واليقين بالله وحُسن الرضا بقضائه وقدره وأنه كله خير.

ولكن..

هل الواقع دائمًا في وئام مع الخيال؟ 

هل الطريق الحقيقي مُطابق ومُساير للمرسوم؟ 

هل التوقعات لابد وحتمًا إيجادها سهلة يسيرة؟

يعلم أنه ليس كذلك كل الوقت، وهذا أمرًا بديهيًا..

ولكنه واثق أتم الثقة من أنه يُمكن للإنسان جعله كذلك إذا أراد، فقط عن طريق الإيمان بالفكرة والمرونة في التصدي والمواجهة مع السعي لتحقيق المُراد..

واللهُ المُستعان :)..

مُقتطفة (14): Compared to provenance

When it comes to comparison between the state where we're supposed to be and what is our actual state!And here comes the question, Why?!!!


Is that because we aren't able to be like that?..Or because we've forgotten our heritage and what our predecessors have done..The global civilisation they've achieved and what they've paid forward to the rest of the world, just because they well knew their main role on this earth..

Or, inspite of knowing all these previous facts, we even don't take the right steps to do what we ought to do or at least have the intention to think in doing so!

In my opinion, beside giving high rates to the previous reasons and admitting them..i'm pretty sure that the main reason is the last one -or to a great extent- since, its features what are obviously shown among most of us..

Simply -and i'll focus on Just one status- when we have the 1st word or order among all other orders in Qur'an is "Read" and we don't apply it right, on the scale of reading, seeking knowledge and learning..So, i needn't to ask this question!!!

First and end of all, this is our Prophet Muhammed's -peace be upon him- call and message for us, that we have to deliver to all man kind..:)

مُقتطفة (13): Re-Volution

Location: Egypt
Time: The Night of Jan 25th, 2012.."The Revolution..Version 2"

Concerning the current status with all of its mingled, unstable events and opinions, as well as, its blurring background.
Sometimes it gets clear with a determined scope and sometimes the opposite view is shown and totally it turns upside down.
So, please Keep on "ur Word" and ur Situation!!
Although, keep in mind to have "This Word" after good focusing search accompained with listening to all Opinions and Directions..
Critisize to Analyze and Conclude what u believe in and what u got totally conviced with..
Btw, it's not that shameful to have some modifications on "ur word" or even 180 degree-shift..BUT, if u turned to this..Make it after your mentoring analysis..in order not to be swinging right and left with the flow without any measures or constrains.

Finally, keep those words wondering in ur mind..

...RESPECT Others

مُقتطفة (12): Open Your Eyes

"Look around yourselves
 Can’t you see this wonder
Spreaded infront of you
The clouds are floating by
The skies are clear and blue
Planets in the orbits
The moon and the sun
Such perfect harmony"

I prefered to begin this note with those words from Maher Zain's Song "Open your eyes".

I found them to great extent describing what i'm feeling and express what's wondering inside of me.

Dears, it's just a Suggestion or can call it an "Invitation" to Look Around Ourselves, as well as, In Ourselves..

Investigate..Explore and Analyze!

BUT!!

Firstly, please try to understand me Right :)

I don't mean the problems and conflicts you have with your surrounding. And the dark glasses view that you always have and unfortunately, you make it your lifestyle....Sorry Sir.

I mean the Exploration that goes around ALLAH's Wonders, Creatures and Blessings around us.

The Miracles in the Universe; Sun and moon, planets and their rotation in a perfect accurate orbit.

The Wide Sky that can be just an effective source of optimism if you make its view a shelter from troubles around you in this closed tangled ring! and its mine by the way :)

The trees and flowers at the both sides of your way in the morning to work or school.

Amm..If you have a huge tree or bunch of trees aside your home :) Have you ever stayed at your balcony or beside your window at the sunshine and sunset times?

Do you notice the birds movement from and to the tree at those times respectivily?

Subhan ALLAH!

Frequently i have this simple question -and don't be bothered :D- How this little bird after a full day of many adventures and sights all over the world -with respect to my circle of living :)- can return again to its RIGTH Home?! :)

I'm not talking about how it gets its food (A)..Which is another story! :D

Let's think of the science that ALLAH has guided some people to, in order to make you the car you drive with all its complicated mechanisms!..Or before that, the building contains your appartment where you live..The science that recovers someone from his pains or sometimes return him back to life after witnessing death -in shaa' ALLAH.

And others of countless sciences that we become having them and dealing directly with them or their applications for granted..Coz we haven't imagine our life without them before.

And many and many things, little or huge in our lives, we pass by without having just a PAUSE to think :)

So, Simply :)

My invitation is "دعوة للتأمل" :)

  

A piece of Advice; to Make it Simple at the beginning then go with it and Let your Limits guide you!

And i wish, this will be a way to revive saying honestly, from our deep hearts with different meaning in its approach.. "الحمدُ لله" :)

مُقتطفة (11): " لا تَقْنَطُوا مِن رَّحْمَةِ اللَّهِ"

* في تدبُّر:

" قُلْ يَا عِبَادِيَ الَّذِينَ أَسْرَفُوا عَلَى أَنفُسِهِمْ لا تَقْنَطُوا مِن رَّحْمَةِ اللَّهِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ جَمِيعًا

إِنَّهُ هُوَ الْغَفُورُ الرَّحِيمُ " (سورة الزّمر 53)

بارئي ومصوّري و خالقي..

ليس لي إلاك ربّي أشكو إليه..

وليس عندي من الجهد لأتحمل إلا بعونك..

وليس منّي ما منّي إلا بفضلك وسترك عليّ..

تصبر وترحم وتعفو وتتجاوز..

ويظل كرمك وجودك لا ينقطع رغم تقصيري وذلّاتي..

يا ملاذي كلما ضاقت بيّ الحيّل..

وغاب عنّي الناس..

وسئمت تعب الدنيا وشكواها..

واشتقت إلى مُلاقاتك وأنت عليّ راضٍ..

فاللهم لك الحمد..

اللهم لك الحمد والشكر والإنابة والخضوع..

اللهم اجعلنا لك أحسن ما ترجو من عبادك لرِضاك وتبليغ رسالتك ورسالة نبيّك محمدًا صلى الله عليه وسلم..



مُقتطفة (10): The Rest House

It's just your Rest House..Can You imagine?!!

You are staying there for a couple of years
Spending little time exploring what around you
Different People, New Experiences, Opportunities and Threats
Money, Relationships, Investments and Progress
Planning for a Way Drawn, Responses, and Decisions made


THEN..
it comes the second that shows
Your time's Up!!
And You'll leave to your inevitable destination..

...PAUSE!



Visualize!!

What have you passed down along this period?!
What's the reputation you've had between those people who've known you
or even your close friends, colleagues and family members?!

What you've really added to this World!
And What is the Difference that was supposed to be made
by an Extra Person passed by this life...yes, "You"

May be that's shocking for little time..and So??

Believe it or not!!

But it's a need or a must to have some time..
Short or Long..-You're the one to decide- in order to
Pause, Evaluate and Judge..
Then, Give it a try to Conclude an Evaluative Model
for your previous tests, situations and actions,
your Ups and Downs, as well as,
Compare the Actual with the Planned..
then,
Act upon it..

and after some time,
Pause, Evaluate and Judge..

Yes, it's a Loop!!

The Loop of Trying to be on the Right Path
doing what is desired to be done
to fulfil the Mission we've existed for..

So, Always Remeber..
You are here for a REASON!!

Keep Searching and Going for it as long as you're Existing..

مُقتطفة (9): A Couple of Minutes Like No Other!

A MAGIC Time..!!

 

The Minutes after Al-Fajr Prayer till Sunshine and somehow after Sunshine :)

Whether you want to Revise anything; Qur'an, Studying,Your to-do list for the day, Working on your assigned tasks -which never ends :D,..

Whether you want to Check your mail and Sitting finishing your Electronic stuff!

If you are used to practice any stuff of sports or even walking and you're able to start this -i won't say after Al-Fajr in order not to be called "what a Crazy talk she is saying."- ammm, i'll say when you begin to see the light on the sky :D....-btw, i tried it before..so, i'm confidently saying this :)

Even if you want to just sit Enjoing the Fresh Morning Breeze! And this one is just more than Amazing too if it's tried in an Open Area :)

-These examples are just to boost your Curiosity and not all the things that can be done at that time..

Moreover, I'm not talking now about Al-Thawab of this time, when you sit after Al-Fajr Prayer "Tazthkor" ALLAH till the Sunshine then about 15 min after it and you stand to pray Rak'etien Al-Duha..

Congratulations insha'ALLAH you gain totally thawab Hejja and Ummrah..As Our beloved Muhammed (Peace be upon him) told us..

Can i add another tip to feel what i'm talking about above?
Just Sleep somehow early :) -Coz if not, you'll feel i'm speaking worthless (A)

To Sum up, Give it a Try Coz it Deserves ;)

مُقتطفة (8): "أَلَيْسَ اللَّهُ بِكَافٍ عَبْدَه..."

From the beginning keda (A)..

Sorry if this thought seems to be long to a little bit (A) :)

These words were poped up to my mind..

"أَلَيْسَ اللَّهُ بِكَافٍ عَبْدَه..."

And i'm still thinking of them and trying to find their tafseer and digging deep in their meaning from different sources...And then comes this "To the point" paragraph - from my point of view or the words i've felt "Eureka!!" when i've read :D

"مَن ترك الاختيار والتدبير في رجاء زيادة أو خوف نقصان أو طلب صحة أو فرار من سقم، وعلم أن الله على كل شيء قدير، وأنه المتفرد بالاختيار والتدبير، وأن تدبيره لعبده خير من تدبير العبد لنفسه، وأنه أعلم بمصلحته من العبد وأقدر على جلبها وتحصيلها منه، وأنصح للعبد منه لنفسه، وأرحم به منه بنفسه ، وأبر به منه بنفسه‏.‏

 وعلم مع ذلك أنه لا يستطيع أن يتقدم بين يدي تدبيره خطوة واحدة ولا يتأخر عن تدبيره له خطوة واحدة؛ فلا متقدَّم له بين يدي قضائه وقدره ولا متأخَّر؛ فألقى نفسه بين يديه وسلم الأمر كله إليه، و انطرح بين يديه انطراح عبد مملوك ضعيف بين يدي ملك عزيز قاهر، له التصرف في عبده بكل ما يشاء ، وليس للعبد التصرف فيه بوجه من الوجوه، فاستراح حينئذ من الهموم و الغموم و الأنكاد والحسرات‏.‏"*

I think of smth to become closer to the meaning -مع العلم والإقرار ببُعد الفارق

ولله المثلُ الأعلى..

When you found a husband that is working deeply hard in order to see his wife and children happy, to make them full satisfied in their life in all fields and aspects..

Then, he knew that his wife is complaining him to a friend -for example, telling that "we miss a lot of things. we still need more and more, he can't afford us so and so..."

And he wispered to himself sadly "Don't i do my  best to just see their smiles and make them live in a peace of mind in everything?!!" or it can be "هو أنا مش مكفـّيهم..؟!!"

Imagine his feelings and his deep hurt..

ولله المثلُ الأعلى..

HE Creates us and HE never stops in "تدبيـــــــر" our Lives وهو الغنيّ سبحانه...Then, HE finds us complaining about everything happening to us..!

Think about it...وأطلق لتـــــــــأمُــــــــلك العنـــــــــــــــــــــان

"Countless".."Countless" Blessings we are covered by بكل ما تحمله الكلمة من معنى

A little example, "Your Heart Beat" - it means your existance.

Imagine you think one day that you will handle this issue for yourself and there is an instrument -simply, like a stress ball for example- and you have to keep pumping it in order to make your heart beats...in order to be alive!!

I mean 24/7...while you are walking, eating, talking, sleeping!!! Either your heart will stop!!

Unbelievable!!

Subhan ALLAH!! w Alhamdul'ELLAH..

And this is just One Blessing!!

A question here, why we totally depend on ALLAH in this issue without thinking, neither do on the rest issues in our life!! - إلا من رحم ربّــه 

I think we have to Reconsider the way we live and to Check to what extent is our level of Faith w Al-Tawakol 3la ALLAH..

People from all kinds and different backgrounds..
On their way to the same destination..
One Voice..One Place unites them..
One Movement..One Line is forming them..
While different prayers inside..
And HE's always Welcoming..
Should we be little bit wise..
to show more care for this Invitation and acts Right!!
Coz Time never stops..
The days are passing..
And the Winner who Finishes Strong and Honest..

مُقتطفة (6): لا منجى ولا ملجأ منك إلا إليك

 الأولى: ؟؟؟ يا بنتى إزاي مش فاهمة؟!! أنا شرحت الموقف لغاية دلوقتى 7 مرات؟!! نقول تاني..أنا لما دخلت شُفتها وكان حصل كذا وكذا...وقالت لى كذا وكذا..وأشتد الحديث بيننا وحدث كذا وكذا..

الثانية: أاااة هبدأ أجمع..كمّلي كدة..لأ ملهاش حق فعلاً...لأ لأ مممم..إنتى اللى ملكيش حق بقى....!!!؟!؟!!!؟!

تمّت..

خاطرة تأتى إلى القلب كثيراً..

أوقات أشعر أن بداخلى الكثير من الحكايات والمواقف أريد أن أفضفض بها بدون أن أتكلم!

أريد أن أشكو وأحكى لأحد يفهم ما أريد أن أقول "صح" دون الخوض فى الكثير من التفاصيل..

ولم أجد ذلك إلّا فى مناجاة ربّي والدعاء..
فهو الأعلم بكل شئ، ما حدث وما لم يحدث..
ومُطَلِّع بما فى الصدور، ما نُعلنه وما نُخفيه..

إحساس غريب لا يوصف..

البكاء للإنكسار بين يديه..

بكوني العبد الضعيف الذي يفرح الله العظيم جل جلاله بتوبته..
العبد الذي يقولُ اللهُ فيه -وهو الغنيّ-
أبسط يدي بالليل ليتوب مُسئ النهار وأبسط يدي بالنهار ليتوب مسئ الليل..

بل رحمته وحِلمه على عبده بالرغم من ذنوبه التى بلغت عنان السماء..

والسماح له بالرجوع إليه والتوبة، تيسير له سُبل الإستخدام ولم يستبدله..

يكفى إستمرار دوام نعمه التى لا تُعدّ ولا تُحصى..

الحمدُ لله حمداً كثيراً على نعمة الدُعاء وعلى نعمة الإسلام والمنّ والنعمة لكَون لي ربّ مثل ربّي..

الحمدُ لله..

   

مُقتطفة (5): مشتاقٌ أنا!!

مشتاقٌ إلى الهناءِ بعد الشقاء..

مشتاقٌ إلى السكونِ بعد العناء..

المياه على الصخورِ تنحدر..

والأزهار على الأشجارِ حَولى تنتشر..

و تُلامِسُ قطراتُ الندى جبهتى

أثناء سيري بالمكانِ لأكتشف

قَصري المُعلّقْ من اللؤلؤِ منكشف..

ها هُو!!..

كما تخيلتُ ورَسمت

وقَصّصتُ لإخوتى وحكيت..

بلى،
فالحقُّ أن ما أرى يفوقُ ما كُنتُ أرى
فى خيالى جمالاً..

والحقُّ أن ما أستمعُ إليه أعذبُ مما سمعتَ
فى حياتي كلاماً ..

والحقُّ الحقُّ لِما قابَلت
وجلستَ معه ورَوَيْت
وحادثنى وصاحبنى
وقصَّني حياتَه

وفَرِحَ بما قصَّصتَه..

بل قصّصناه..

فلم أكنّ بمفردي 

بل كنتَ مع من فى حياتى ألتزم

صُحبتى التى كنتُ وما زلتُ عليها أعتمد

مُعِينّي على الحقِ والرُشدِ دائما

فهُم مَن كُنت لهم أقصُّصُ مَكانَنَا

وأجتمعُ وأشاركُ معهم نَوَايانا

لنمضى نلتمسُ الحقَّ فى أرجاء دُنيانا

فى سبيلِ مَجْلِسِنا هذا بصُحبةِ حَبِيبِنا

صلَّى اللهُ عليه وَسَلِّم..

والحقُّ المحِقُّ هو الكرمُ والمِنَّة

بالنعمةِ العظيمةِ والرفعة

لنَتلذذ بالنظرِ لوجه الله الكَريم

فتلكَ الجائزةُ وأقصى المَرام..

نَعَمْ، عَلِمتُ أنَّ ما نيلُ المطالبِ بالتمنِّي

فَصَبِّرتُ وصَابَرت على المشاقِّ والعَناء 

وعَمِلتُ لأُجْزَى بالجَنةِ دارَ الهناء

ودَاوَمْتَ على الرَجاء

لرضا الله والفِردوسِ فى الدعاء

فاللهمَّ أميين..

مُقتطفة (4): إنما الأعمال بالنيّات

إنها لمجرد خويطرة وردت، وليس القصد منها شرحاَ مفصلاَ للحديث المعروف والمفهوم لكثير منّا وإن كان فهماً سطحياً..

دى ملحوظة بس علشان محدّش يبقى فاهم صح (A)

طب الحديث بقى إيه؟ D:
عن عمر بن الخطاب رضي الله عنه قال: سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول (إنما الأعمال بالنيات وإنما لكل امرئ مانوى فمن كانت هجرته إلى الله ورسوله فهجرته إلى الله ورسوله ومن كانت هجرته لدنيا يصيبها أو امرأة ينكحها فهجرته إلى ما هاجر إليه) متفق عليه. 

النيَّة بتشديد الياء..يعنى إيه؟؟

بدايةً النيّة فى اللغة تعنى القصد والعزيمة أمّا إصطلاحا فهي القصد للعمل تقربا إلى الله وطلبا لمرضاته وثوابه.

كلمة بقيت أسمعها كتير..يلّا هنقعد نقول نوايانا..أنا ليه عايش..إيه اللى عايز أعمله فى حياتى..وليه أنا جيت المكان دة أو نيّتى إيه و أنا بعمل الشغل دة؟  

لمّا بفكر فى موضوع النيّة، وبسأل نفسى ليه هى حاجة مهمة كدة، وشئ حُثَّ عليه فى القرأن الكريم و السنة..مش بس كدة دة الحديث الأول فى الأربعيين نووية فأكيد هي حاجة فيها مصلحتى..

بوصل لخُلاصة إن دة "كرم و رحمة ربنا" اللى ملهاش حدود..الحمدُ لله :)

يا عم دة إنت بتاخد ثواب لو معملتش الحاجة الصح اللى ترضى ربنا دة إنت لو نويّت بس..مش بس كدة دة لو فكّرت فى الحاجة الغلط و معملتهاش..

ركزّ كدة..
عن ابن عباس رضي الله عنهما عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: (إن الله كتب الحسنات والسيئات، ثم بين ذلك، فمن هم بحسنة فلم يعملها كتبها الله عنده حسنة كاملة، وإن هم بها فعملها كتبها الله عنده عشر حسنات إلى سبعمائة ضعف إلى أضعاف كثيرة، وإن هم بسيئة فلم يعملها كتبها الله عنده حسنة كاملة وإن هم بها فعملها كتبها الله سيئة واحدة) رواه البخاري ومسلم.


فاللهم أصلح نوايانا واجعلها لوجهك الكريم خالصا :)

مُقتطفة (3): الإنسان

الإنسان..

أنا وإنت أيوة..طب الأول كدة، عنوان المُقتطفة ليس له علاقة بألبوم حمزة نمرة D: أنا بأكّد بس..إنها مجرد صدفة (A)

نرجع بقى..قلنا إيه؟ قلنا أنا و إنت..أه أه مالهم بقى..جينا منين و إزاي؟

يفسر العلماء و المُفسّرين أن خَلق الانسان يمر بـخمسة أعمار مش عمر واحد و بعضهم قال أربعة، إن الإختلاف فقط فى التصنيف و ليس فى المضمون، يعنى الكُّل متفق على الرحلة كاملة..رحلة "الإنسان"

 نبذة سريعة عن هذه الرحلة:

- أول عُمر: عالم الذَّر، عند بدء الخلق، هذا العمر الذى غرست فيه فطرتك.

- ثانى عُمر: فى عالم الأصلاب .. من يوم أدم إلى يوم وُلِدت وإنت عمّال تنتقل من صلب إلى صلب.
- ثالث عُمر: عمر الإنسان فوق الأرض فى هذه الحياة الدنيا. 

- رابع عُمر: فى عالم البرزخ فى القبر من يوم موتك حتى يوم القيامة. 
- خامس عُمر: عمر الإنسان الأبدي إما فى الجنة و إما فى النار.

جميل.. اللي هنركّز عليه العُمر الأول و الثانى، دول اللي كنت بفكر فيهم الفترة دي مش أكتر، أو فى الواقع الثانى و الأول مش أنا اللي هتكلم عنه (A)

نبدأ بالثانى..

إنت جيت إزاي للدنيا؟...من بابا و ماما..أيوة أكيد -مش عايزة نباهة- صح من "ذرة" كانت فى صلب اللى هوَّ أبي و أكيد ما دام وصلت لأبى فهي وصلت للصلب اللي وصل لأبي جِدّي و بالتالي من جِدّ جِدّي و هكذا...لغاية سيدنا أدم عليه السّلام. فإنت مرّيت بكل هذه الأصلاب بينما فُقدت و ماتت الملايين من الذرّات أو "الحيوانات المَنويّة" في هذه الرحلة..فأكيد وصولك أنت للدنيا لحِكمة..

الحمدُ لله وصلت بس لسة إحنا دلوقتى مش فى الحياة الدنيا، قبلها بمحطة، في "رَحم الأم"

سبحان الخالق المُدبّر المبدع!!

من كائن حي طوله بالميكروميترات لتأتي حضرتك..

 داخل رحم الأم تتعاقب هذه المراحل، وهيّ ليست المُتحكمة إطلاقاً فى كيف يأكل طفلها أو كيف يتنفس، أو أصلاً كيف يتحول الطعام الذى تأكله هيّ لغذاء يغذّيه خلال التسعة أو الثمانية أو السبعة شهور إلى أن تأتى لحظة الولادة..وهذه الرحمة..فالله الذى يدبر حال الجنين بينما  تذهب أمه وتأتي وتنام وهو لايزال في رعاية خالقه  :)

 بالمناسبة، دة اللى حتى بعد لما بنيجى للدنيا وإحنا فيه، يعنى تخيل لو أنا اللى مسئول عن تشغيل رئتيّ 24 ساعة لأتنفس!! لأ دة ليوم واحد فقط وكذلك باقى الأعضاء..

بلاش نخرج برة موضوعنا (A)

أمّا بخصوص العُمر الأول وهو عالم الذّر، فأكيد مش هبقى أحسن من الشيخ الشعراوي فى تفسيره للأية 172 من سورة الأعراف

"وَإِذْ أَخَذَ رَبُّكَ مِنْ بَنِي آدَمَ مِنْ ظُهُورِهِمْ ذُرِّيَّتَهُمْ وَأَشْهَدَهُمْ عَلَى أَنفُسِهِمْ أَلَسْتُ بِرَبِّكُمْ قَالُوا بَلَى شَهِدْنَا أَنْ تَقُولُوا يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ إِنَّا كُنَّا عَنْ هَذَا غَافِلِينَ"

سبحان الخالق المُبدع :)

I felt the Full Harmony between Allah's Creatures, the lunar eclipse is happening up there in the sky and we are praying down here on earth..

The harmony is not just in the timing of our prayer while this phenomenon is going on, but also in the significance of being aware with everything happening around us in Our Universe :) Simply, it's the Strong Integrity of Our Islam :)

O Allah!! How Huge the Universe is with its galaxies, stars and planets
and how little i am!!
